The company was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters ACT 1990 and registered as a Limited Liability Company and Mechanical Building Services Contractor dated 17th October 2001 with registration No.RC431262.

The Company is established with the aim of offering Professional solutions and reliable services in the Construction Industry by engaging the most modern technical skills and tools, trends, and strategies.

The Company has a working relationship with other professionals and international organizations. This provides better access to resources and greater flexibility in adapting to the requirement of integral design and construction, under these circumstances, resulting in more efficient use of manpower quicker response to design changes, and efficient project management when required.

The Company is also affiliated with firms that can carry out joint venture projects and care recipients and necessary back-up support from associated firms for major projects. Consequently, it is able to mobilize a high caliber team of Nigerians and expatriate specialists most appropriate to undertake and carry out any specified assignment to a very high standard.
